1. Purpose of Collection & Use of Personal Information

RSA collects personal information to provide you with a customized service through the website. RSA can offer useful various content in a selective manner based on the information, and publishes advertisements to provide free service to our members. Selectively delivered ads by your information will be valuable as more useful.

2. Personal Information To Be Collected

RSA collects the following personal information: Name, Sex, Address, Phone number, Email, Medical License number, Specialist license number, etc. The company can ask additional information in order to provide certain services, to analyze collective statistics or to send gifts for surveys and events. RSA shall continuously retain member’s Personal Information while the member uses services provided by RSA, and the Purpose of this is to provide services. When the member applies for withdrawal of membership or requests deletion of personal information, actions shall be taken so that the information cannot be viewed or used in the future for any purpose. However, when necessary to retain pursuant to relevant lass such as the Commercial Act or Act on the Consumer Protection in Electric Commerce, Etc., RSA shall retain member information for the period for the period specified by relevant laws. In this case, RSA shall use retained information only for the purpose of storage, and the storage period shall be as follows.

  • 2) Records on contract and subscription withdrawal: 5 years
  • 3) Records on payments and supply of goods: 5 years

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

In principle, RSA does not provide Personal Information to outside parties. Exceptionally, we will share personal information outside of RSA if we have a good faith belief that the disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to protect against harm to the rights, property of safety of RSA, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law. We may share your personal information under your agreement with our business partner in order to provide a better service such as personalized service. In this case, prior to information collection or provision, you will be informed of who the business partner is, why they need the information, and how long they protect and manage the information. We will not collect or share additional personal information unless you allow us to. We don’t share information that personally identifies you with advertisers. The personalized ads are based on categories, such as sex and ages. When we need to share to a third party your personal information for survey or research, no personal information that can identify you can be extracted and used.

6. Technical, managerial and physical measures for protection of Personal Information

Your personal information is protected by the password. The only way to access and modify your data is with the password that only you know. You should not let anyone else know your password, and it is important to log out of website before closing the browser, especially when you are using public or shared computer. In order to prevent the leakage of members’ personal information through hacking, we are currently preventing attacks and hacking from outside by using devices that block intrusions from outside. In each server, we monitor intrusions 24 hours a day by installing an intrusion detection system. In case of damage to members’ personal information, the company backs up the system and data to prepare for any contingencies. The RSA emphasizes compliance with this policy through frequent training to the mangers, limiting the handling of personal information to a minimum, and checking the implementation of this policy and compliance with the personnel through an audit to take corrective action immediately if any problems are found.

7. Access, correction or deletion of your own information

You can view or correct your own registered personal information at any time or request to delete the ID. You can read and correct your personal information in the user information management section in the setting. To delete your ID, click the ‘Delete ID’ menu in the setting, and proceed as specified. If you have any complaints or comments regarding your personal information, please contact the person in charge of personal information. We will take immediate action upon receipt and notify you of the result.

8. Modification of Privacy Policy

RSA has the right to amend or modify this Policy from time to time and, in such case, the RSA will make a public notice of it through bulletin board of our website. The notice will be on the main page through 7 days before the effective date to the effective date.

9. Commission for collected personal information

For carrying out our members’ complaints or comments, RSA commissions external professional companies to process personal information only if necessary for providing that service. In commissioning process of personal information, in order to secure safety of personal information, RSA supervises and ensure to expressly state in the agreement with subcontractors so that those subcontractors will safely process personal information by strictly complying with directions regarding personal information protection, keeping personal information secret, not disclosing it to a 3rd party and being liable for accidents and returning or destructing personal information upon termination of the commissions or process. RSA notifies on the Site when the staff responsible for managing personal information is changed.
